As Bush revels in his attendance of the Pope's funeral and sings his praises while dissing Clinton for suggesting that the Pope might have a mixed legacy, it behooves us all to remember that the Pope did not support Bush's decision to invade Iraq. In fact, he said that "any invasion of Iraq would violate international law, would not be morally justified, and would inflame the fifty nations of the Muslim world against Christians and Jews."
